Research goals
We aim to design multifunctional catalysts (tandem, cascade, domino...) with precision and intelligence, possessing clear structure-activity relationships to achieve efficient thermal, electro-, and organo-catalysis. Our research group also hopes to welcome more students with backgrounds in chemistry, materials science, physics, and related fields to join us.
Main focus in our Lab:
1) Propane dehydrogenation with different methods
a) Tandem strategy: PDH coupled with H2 combustion or CO2 reduction
b) PDH with non-noble metal catalysts
2) CO2 conversion with multi-functional catalysts

3) ALD-designed high entropy materials for Electrocatalysis (HER, OER, HOR)
4) Organic conversion
